Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Chris is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dinkster, responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and driving its continued growth. He leads the development of tournaments, leagues, and community focused events while overseeing marketing, partnerships, brand strategy, and business operations. His leadership is focused on expanding Dinkster’s presence and creating exceptional experiences for players, partners, and the broader pickleball community.

 Triet Nguyen 

Pickleball Operations Director

Triet leads the strategic planning and execution of Dinkster tournaments, ensuring every event operates at a professional level. He oversees bracket development, match flow, tournament technology, DUPR reporting, event logistics, and sponsor coordination. His leadership is essential to delivering an organized, competitive, and seamless experience for players, partners, and guests.

 Giovanni Hobins 

Director of Technology and League Operations

Giovanni leads Dinkster’s technology strategy and the development of its dedicated app. He also plays a key role in league operations, creating efficient digital systems that strengthen organization, improve the player experience, and support the long term growth and scalability of Dinkster.

 Khanh Tran 

Tournament Operations Manager

Khanh supports all aspects of tournament day operations, including event setup, bracket management, sponsor coordination, and assisting wherever needed to keep each Dinkster event running smoothly.

Jacky serves as Dinkster’s DJ and MC, bringing energy to each event through music, announcements, and crowd engagement.
