✅ REQUIREMENTS:
Arrive early to check in—late arrivals will forfeit. You may play in multiple brackets (each at a separate cost). No partner waitlist—teams must register together, and both players must complete the info form. DUPR account required—please create one if needed, as this is a rated tournament.
🎮 GAME FORMAT:
Games to 11 points, win by 2 (max 13). Gold medalist games go to 15. Playoffs before semifinals. Games to 11, win by 2, max 13.
Semifinals and finals. Games to 15, win by 2, max 17. Start with rock-paper-scissors to decide serve or side. Teams switch sides when one reaches 6 points. Players are responsible for their own line calls—please use honesty and integrity. Round robin format; match results determine playoff seeding. After each match, record scores and get initials from both teams before reporting to the scorer’s table. Any team members who have an NR account will be assumed to have the same DUPR rating as the other partner.
We will move any teams accordingly if the team’s DUPR average does not match the division rating to ensure a better playing experience.
🚫 REFUND POLICY:
No refunds after April 1st, 2026, under any circumstances. If the weather affects play, we will reschedule.
🎉 ADDITIONAL INFO:
Spectators are welcome but must stay off the courts—no coaching, line calls, or distractions allowed. Tourney ball Lifetime—leave it on the court when finished; new balls are available at the scorer’s table.
📏 Registration Rules:
• Team DUPR average must fall within the division range. Any team outside of the range may be moved or refunded.
• Individual DUPR can be within a 0.2 grace range below or above the division limits.
Example: For a 3.5 to 4.0 division, a player must be between 3.3 and 4.2.
• If you would like to play up a division, you must provide proof that you have medaled in the lower division.
• If a division is full, please fill out the waitlist form. You will be contacted if a spot opens up or if additional teams are added.
